The instructor delivers a wonderful energy and ability to teach highlevel concepts to a novice. Her knowledge is evident from the beginning of class, as is her talent for relating the concepts to the uninitiated in a way they will be able to understand. - C.L. - Mayo,
Class was taught very well and he explained every example with a clear understanding... Excellent instructor. - Anonymous Student,
The instructor made this a very enjoyable class. Typically, this information is dry and difficult to get through, but the instructor used the right mix of levity, sarcasm, and personal anecdotes to really show real world application of the course material and keep the atmosphere enjoyable. One of the best instructors that I have come across with regards to technical courses. - Anonymous Student,

The instructor delivery was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and keeps the environment fun and class moving. - Anonymous Student,
I started the course in the classroom and ended up finishing it remotely due to unforeseen circumstances. Being that the routers and switches were remote, interfacing with the instructor for lecture and questions via remote connection was extremely easy and convenient. Had this option not been available I would have missed 4 of the 5 days of class. I have two staff members that are taking this class and the ICND1 class, and I have told them to take them remotely due to the convenience and effectiveness for them. - Anonymous Student,
The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. She displayed a complex understanding of the content and a willingness to engage with us and was incredibly helpful in the way which she was able to effectively articulate the content.
The training was completely relevant to my job, in the aspects of my job that work with Cisco equipment.
The class was incredibly informative; and definitely helped get me prepared for Cisco certification. I feel like for the amount of content that was covered, it was extremely helpful to go into in-depth study of the information that is most important.
The lab was incredibly helpful, and I definitely preferred getting to work on real equipment instead of simulated lab environments.
It helped provide real world and lab environment explanation of the use of Cisco equipment and helped prepare me for questions on the test with specific references as to the most likely content to be covered. - A.E.,

The instructor has a great personality that comes through in an online class and makes the class interesting and captivating instead of tons of boring information. Additionally she makes the coursework easy to understand. I’d love to have her as my instructor for the CCNP class. As far as I can tell the online delivery was just as effective as being in the classroom. - L.S.,
