I am truly impressed with the instructors pedagogical prowess. With his thorough knowledge and unbridled enthusiasm he managed to make a dry subject engaging. HUZZAH to the instructor. - Anonymous Student,
The vast amount of experience in the industry and deep knowledge of the technology being discussed really makes him a perfect instructor... besides the fact that he enjoys teaching... that just helps out all the more so. He is a wonderful asset to the training system. Thank you. - Anonymous Student,
The instructor was prepared, concise, and helpful. She directly impacted my learning in a positive way and I venture that I would not have learned as much with a different instructor. - Anonymous Student,

Very knowledgeable. A pleasure to have this instructor again. Proven value for me to get to the next level in my IT career. It helped to be able to pre load Router/switch configs and have them readily available.
I now have a study "Map" for preparing for the First test and upon passing that test, I will have much stronger chance of moving into Networking Career. - Anonymous,

The instructor was great (again). This round seemed even clearer than the last class I attended. This training is guaranteed to improve my work.
More variety in troubleshooting labs would improve the training. The labs were clear and thorough, however, I think adding the option to copy config at the end of a goal in the lab would promote best practice instead of having it saved before verification.
This training has helped me learn subnetting in a better manner and enhanced my knowledge of routing protocols. - T.V.,

Phenomenal instructor. One of the best I've ever taken a class from.
Not using IPv6 but totally understand why the content is included. - Anonymous,
It was effective due to the class size. I think I learned more due to the class being so small. - Anonymous,
Very good, hope I get this instructor for any future Cisco classes I may take.
Worked very well, especially since there were only 2 students in my class, the one-on-one time with the instructor was a big help. - Anonymous,
