Refresh your knowledge by taking the same course you've already attended any time within 6 months of your original class date, on a space-available basis. This policy does not apply to Citrix classes, partner classes and special events. Students will use their courseware from their previous class. If the original courseware is revised in the interim, it is the responsibility of the student to purchase any updated material. Select courses require the student to pay lab fees and therefore follow our cancellation policy for reschedules, cancellations, and no-shows on that lab fee.
Benchmark Learning accepts vendor-sponsored funding from various vendors, including, but not limited to, Cisco (Cisco Learning Credits - CLCs), Citrix (Citrix Training Pass - CTP), and Microsoft (Microsoft Software Assurance Training Vouchers - SATVs). The terms and conditions of using the vendor-sponsored funding are specified by the vendor.
