Project Management Certification


Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM):
The CAPM Certification is targeted at those looking to start their career in Project Management, or for anyone actively contributing to a project team. The certification designates that the individual knows, and can follow Project Management best practices, as laid out in the PMBOK.

How do I get CAPM certified?
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or global equivalent.
  • Document a minimum of 1,500 hours of project management experience AND complete a minimum of 23 PDUs.
  • Pass the CAPM Certification Examination.

Project Management Certification


Project Management Professional (PMP):
The Project Management Professional Certification requires extensive skill and experience. This certification is for individuals that have experience leading and directing project teams. Once you have passed the exam, and fulfilled the requirements, you will be globally recognized as a Project Management Professional.

How do I get PMP certified?
  • Complete a minimum of 35 PDUs.
  • Pass the PMP Certification Examination.
  • With a bachelor’s degree:
    Document a minimum of 3 years/36months unique non-overlapping professional project management experience during which at least 4,500 hours were spent leading and directing project tasks.
  • Without a bachelor’s degree:
    Document a minimum of 5 years/60 months unique non-overlapping professional project management experience during which at least 7,500 hours were spent leading and directing project tasks.
