Position Description
Responsible for building, developing and leading a high performing Student Services team and ensuring the team is accountable for delivering high quality service to the internal and external customers. This individual is responsible for engaging the team in the company strategy, vision and direction as well as having their behaviors and actions evident that they understand and are engaged. As Benchmark continues to evolve into an Education Services Company, growing and developing over time to support the ever changing needs of the customer, so must the team engage and embrace this change by learning new things, developing new skills and supporting in new ways. The successful candidate will ensure that our internal processes are aligned with customer’s expectations and needs. The Student Services team supports both internal and external customers; Education, Sales, Marketing, our Students, and our Customers.
- Business Landscape and Needs
- Understand the organization's business goals, objectives and strategies
- Demonstrate the ability to develop, implement and measure strategic objectives in alignment with corporate vision and strategic direction
- Analyze the contribution Student Services delivers in relation to business strategies and needs
- Generate multiple ways of resolving a business need with Student Services
- Practice continuous improvement methods and processes
- Demonstrate a behavior and understanding that all activities must lead to increased revenue, increased efficiencies or higher quality
- Adapt plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
- Able to work collaboratively with all levels and functions within the company
- Processes and Services
- Awareness of the organization's existing business processes
- Demonstrate experience implementing solutions, improving productivity and customer and employee satisfaction
- Determine the best resources for a Student Services project
- Leverage tools and technologies to ensure efficiencies and productivity enhancements
- Manage projects from idea to implementation (on time, on budget and within scope)
- Monitor and update current processes to ensure most effective and efficient operation

- Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Minimum Qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Management or Education
- 3+ years management experience
- Experience Customer Satisfaction, Quality and/or Training experience
- Strong problem solving and analytic ability
- Proven aptitude with technology and computers in general specifically the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to be accountable and holding others accountable for delivering results
- Salary / Compensation
- Salary range of $50,000 to $75,000 based on qualifications and experiences
