Insights

Everybody is different; every company, every customer, every technologist – period. That’s why we offer a revolutionary training program to help manage your personal and professional relationships.

InsightsA Revolutionary Assessment:
As a professional in the workplace, nearly everyone has taken communication style tests, like Myers-Briggs or DISC, to determine how you interact with your team members. Our Insights features results that are easy to understand and use when managing your relationships. It’s an effective way to help organizations discover communication styles, as well as to help employees work together in a synergetic and productive manner.

This revolutionary training assists individuals in their search for understanding  their personal style and in managing relationships with others, both at work and home. Not only does it hone communication skills, it also improves team performance, creates a more positive and productive cultural environment and helps increase awareness of personal style and how it directly impacts others.

A Practical Application:
Students will get a comprehensive report that includes information on how communication styles differ between home and work, tips for co-workers on how to best communicate with one another and helpful hints for co-workers to prevent miscommunication with others students.

Writing To Get Things Done

98% of all professionals use what we call the "Rambling Rose" writing process – where people ramble as they type in the hope that something will get done. The result is that they inundate the reader with background information, include too much detail, or not enough of the relevant details! They hide key points within paragraphs of explanation and use ambiguous closings that leave the reader guessing about any action to take.
