Value of Certification
According to a study conducted by Applied Research Consultants, 90% of Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs) said certification was extremely useful in their work. In another study, managers and supervisors felt that their MCPs were significantly more competent than non-certified employees. These studies show that certification is valuable proof of knowledge and enhances credibility. In addition to this, certifications help gain respect among the professional community and decrease time required to accomplish tasks.
