Benchmark Learning’s performance support system is a tool that allows your users to recall information on how to perform a task at the moment of need. This usually follows completion of a formal learning event (instructor-led training, eLearning, seminar, etc.) and supports the students ability to recall what they have learned. This system allows training solutions, such as instructor-led training and eLearning, to be shortened and focused on concepts rather than the mechanical steps to completing the task. It then allows those specific tasks to be recalled at the moment of need, in the context of business process, rather than being committed to memory.
