Identify the Audience for Learning | | |
“Who needs to know what?” This question is one of the challenges organizations face. By tailoring education to specific audiences you can ensure each individual is learning relevant content for their current and future job responsibilities — and in the right dosage.
This service identifies the audience(s) targeted for a new technology and/or process implementation. Their tasks and needed proficiencies are identified for the purpose of assessing current competencies and required training.
Business Challenges Solved
Students receive training that is not targeting their specific needs. The time they spend in training is not optimized and the students invest time on wrong or inadequate subjects.
How do we help you identify the audience for learning?
Define each audience’s skill requirements
With any implementation of a technology, process or competency there are always tasks that need to be leveraged differently between the varying job roles. Rapid Task Analysis (RTA) identifies task or abilities each audience needs to have.
Define the level of competency of each skill for the respective audiences
We understand that each job role many require a different competency level. For example, one department may need to be able to read an Excel PivotTable, while a different department may need to be able to create them.
