  • Remote Learning – This unique approach leverages key technologies to provide the full classroom experience to any remote location. Remote students will be able to hear the educator's lecture and see the educator's slide presentation, demonstrations and whiteboard work, as well as perform labs by remotely controlling the in-classroom student computer.  The educator will also be able to take control of the student’s in-classroom computer to assist them with any lab work.

The multimedia courses are completely interactive, allowing you to learn the technology step-by-step with all the resources you need right on your desktop.
  • Courseware – In cases where individuals are self-learners or where the skill gap is not that great, purchasing the authorized courseware may be the right solution to close the skill gap.


Facility Rental


We offer both day and evening access to our Edina facility. Clients can rent our classrooms or seminar room for training staff when implementing new software, software testing, product demos and executive briefings. Our newly remodeled facility provides access to high-end computer equipment, high-speed Internet and wireless access, a business center, large whiteboards and small office set ups that require access to phone lines.

Free Training Seminars and Events


We deliver free training that's educational — not a sales pitch — and focus on existing technologies and computer software showing real solutions, real code to give you ideas to take back to the office. We currently offer several regular series such as Twin Cities SharePoint Camp, Twin Cities Code Camp, SharePoint Seminar Series, ITCare Seminar Series, ITIL Awareness Seminars and Roundtable Discussions, and Webinars but are always offering other one-time events. We also co-sponsor several User Groups.
